9/23/25 - We started our day with a tour of the Missouri State Capitol building in Jefferson City. It was very large and was beautiful inside.

The capitol also had a museum that shared interesting information about the state.
The Missouri Supreme Court was across the street. After we walked in, the guard made a call to see if we could get a tour. We ended up getting the best court tour we've ever received!

In addition to seeing the court, we saw the robing room, the 2-story law library, and learned a ton about the Missouri legal process.

After an AWESOME BBQ lunch, we drove by the Governor's mansion and the abandoned Missouri Penitentiary (both which offer tours but not on the day we were visiting).
On the way back to the RV, we stopped at the Missouri Veterinary Museum.

9/24/25 - It rained hard all day! Luckily we hadn't planned to do anything. We both did a lot of stuff on our computers.
9/25/25 - We drove about an hour south to Lake of the Ozarks.

We had a great time! Tomorrow we pack up and head further southwest and into Oklahoma.
Glad you had great weather for boating!
