6/1/25 - Up at 4:30am for a 6:00am start (YIKES!) for our half marathon in Wyoming, our 30th state.

We relaxed in the afternoon and went out for a nice dinner for our anniversary.

Celebrating 28 years on 5/31!

Luckily we got back before the heavy rains and cracks of thunder started.

6/2/25 - It was raining all day so we treated ourselves to a rest and relaxation day!

6/3/25 - We traveled across Wyoming.

We drove some roads we had traveled last summer: through the cute town of Dubois, Grand Teton National Park, and Jackson.

We drove by the Tetons again

Along the way, I saw 3 large grizzlies about to cross the road (Pat missed them) and we both saw the elk that almost ran in front of us!

We arrived in Rexburg, Idaho, (north of Idaho Falls) by dinnertime.

6/4/25 - Pat had caught a cold so he laid low and it was a good day for me to restock on groceries and do some laundry.

While driving around, I spotted the LDS Temple on the hill above Rexburg. I remembered that Idaho is another popular place with Mormons.

For dinner we went to our neighbor in the RV park, a food truck serving Venezuelan arepas.

An arepa, is a stuffed cornmeal bread
